No persons under the legal Age of 18 years is permitted in the studio (per Rhode Island state law).

Please refrain from taking phone calls or playing audio on your phone while in our studio. We strive to provide a relaxing and peaceful environment for all clients, as well as respect their privacy.

If you answer a call, you will be politely asked to step outside. This also applies to our client's guests.

Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the required paperwork.
​

If you are pregnant, you cannot be tattooed.
​​

If you are breastfeeding, you cannot be tattooed with numbing and you will need a doctor's note approving you to have the procedure.

If you have ever had an allergic reaction to tattoo pigments in the past, please notify us immediately. A complimentary patch test may be required before your appointment.

Please refrain from wearing perfume, essential oils or smoking before your appointment.
​

A valid ID must be provided at the start of your appointment.
​

It is recommended that you eat at least a few hours before your appointment. Coming in on an empty stomach may cause low blood sugar while getting tattooed.​​​

It is also recommended that you stay well hydrated for your appointment. dehydration could cause low blood pressure.
​

If you do not bring a valid ID with you, we cannot tattoo you. You will lose your deposit and have to reschedule your appointment. ​an expired id is not valid.

72 hours (3 days) notice must be given for rescheduling an appointment in order to transfer your deposit. Last minute appointment changes for any reason will result in a lost deposit.

If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, you WILL have to be rescheduled and you WILL lose your deposit. an additional deposit IS REQUIRED TO to schedule a NEW appointment.

Please plan your driving route ahead of time and account for traffic and weather.

If do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to put down a new deposit upon rescheduling.

Deposits may be paid by cash, check or card.
​

Remaining balances are cash ONLY
(due at the start of visit).​​​

We are always so thankful if you love and enjoy your service. If you would like to leave your artist a tip, it is cash only.​

If redeeming a gift certificate, cancellation of your appointment within 72 hours or not showing up to your appointment will result in you forfeiting your redeemed certificate.

If you do not show up to your included follow up OR FAIL TO RESCHEDULE within 72 hours hours, it will be the normal touch up cost to reschedule.​ a deposit is also required.

Included follow ups must be 6-8 weeks from your first appointment. If you push your appointment out further than 6-8 weeks, it is no longer complimentary DUE TO fading THAT occurs FROM FAILURE TO COME IN FOR YOUR SECOND VISIT. Because of the additional fading, more work and time is required and is not complimentary.
